We are looking for a generalist to work closely with the founding team across GTM, Product and Operations.

This is a chance to get deep into a company being built from 0→1, rather than owning one small piece of a large machine.

Your Life and responsibilities @ Calyb

Your work will span wherever the business needs thinking and execution.

GTM

- First principles ability to own the GTM motions you'll work on
- Own Account intelligence- pre sales, during sales and post sales

Product

- Working with customers- understanding their pains, needs and be like a solution consultant to them
- Breaking down workflows and figuring out how they could be improved with AI

Operations

- Building internal processes and systems in our journey
- Running projects that cut across GTM, product and customers

Who Should apply ?

- You don't need to come from a particular college, degree or background.
- You should be someone who enjoys figuring things out.
- Someone who can be given a problem, spend the time understanding it properly, do the research, talk to the right people, try things, and come back with something useful.
- You should be comfortable working independently and getting into the details. A lot of the work here will not have a predefined playbook.

Nice to have

- Prior experience in GTM, Product, Founder’s Office,



Consulting, Research or a startup
- Experience working on customer-facing or business problems
- Ability to use AI tools creatively and tinker with AI workflows on your own
- A track record of building, experimenting or figuring something out independently

Prior experience is not a requirement. Evidence that you like building and figuring things out is.

This probably isn't for you if you're looking for:

- A typical internship with a fixed list of tasks
- Something you can do alongside a busy college schedule
- A role where someone tells you exactly what to do every day
- Mostly meetings, presentations and brainstorming
- A short-term internship to add to your resume

We're a small team. There will be plenty of unglamorous work, ambiguity and things that need to simply get done. If you like staying close to the problem, working through the details and seeing something move because of your work, you'll probably enjoy this.

You'll have a lot of context and a lot of responsibility for an intern. And if things work well on both sides, there is an chance to convert to a full-time role after the Internship.

Duration: 6 months minimum

Location: Bengaluru

Work mode: Full-time, in-office

Start date: As soon as possible

College: Students can apply, but you should be able to commit to the role full-time for the entire 6 months. This isn't suitable if you have significant college attendance or coursework running in parallel.
