Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated legal professional with experience in general corporate, regulatory, transactions and compliance advisory matters . The individual will support domestic and multinational clients on corporate laws, regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, governance, and business advisory matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients on corporate and commercial laws, including Companies Act, FEMA, corporate sector regulations etc.

- Assist in restructuring, mergers, liquidation, and other corporate transactions.

- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements.

- Support clients in obtaining regulatory registrations, licenses, and approvals.

- Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders where required.





- Manage client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams for delivery of engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

- LL.B. from a recognized university; Company Secretary qualification would be an added advantage.

- 3-8 years of relevant experience in a law firm, consulting firm, or in-house legal/regulatory function.

- Solid understanding of Indian corporate and regulatory laws.

- Experience in drafting legal opinions, agreements, and compliance documentation.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
