Position: General Ophthalmologist
Department: Ophthalmology
Reports To: CMD
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat common eye diseases and vision disorders.
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations (OPD).
- Prescribe medications, spectacles, and contact lenses.
- Manage emergency ophthalmic cases.
- Perform routine ophthalmic procedures/surgeries as per credentialing.
- Counsel patients on treatment and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate EMR/medical records.
- Supervise junior doctors, optometrists, and clinical staff.
- Follow NABH and infection control protocols.
Qualification
- MBBS with MS/DNB in Ophthalmology
- Valid TCMC/NMC registration
Experience
- 0–3 years: Junior Consultant
- 3+ years: Consultant (preferred)
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
