About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Hospital Operations to lead and oversee the hospital’s day-to-day operations while driving efficiency, quality and patient experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across clinical and non-clinical functions, strengthening operational systems, improving performance and supporting the hospital’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end hospital operations across OPD, IPD, Emergency and Diagnostics

Drive NABH accreditation, quality and compliance initiatives

Improve patient experience and service standards

Build strong relationships with doctors and key stakeholders





Oversee facility, security and administrative functions

Monitor occupancy, revenue and operational performance

Ensure regulatory and stakeholder compliance

Identify operational gaps and implement measurable improvements

Qualifications & Experience

MBA / MHA / MBBS

Specialization or experience in Healthcare/Hospital Management

8–10 years of relevant experience in hospital operations

Robust leadership, communication and people-management skills

Proven ability to manage multiple hospital functions and drive performance

Experience with NABH and healthcare quality systems will be preferred
