Mind Weavers is a psychology and rehabilitation clinic with over 15 years of experience, located at the Government Medical College Campus in Kozhikode. We also run Mind Weavers Academy, our training and education wing, along with associated entities. Our team of 30+ professionals is dedicated to delivering high-quality mental health and rehabilitation services.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic and academy. This is a leadership role suited for someone who can manage people, processes, and growth while ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations across the clinic, academy, and associated entities
- Coordinate with directors and department heads on strategic planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, licensing, and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships,



and facility operations
- Drive process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Handle escalations and ensure high standards of patient/client service
- Support business development and expansion initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an operations or general management role (healthcare/clinic experience preferred)
- Solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/G-Suite; familiarity with healthcare management software is a plus
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kozhikode

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
