Lotus Hospital is looking for an experienced and hands-on healthcare skilled to lead its day-to-day operations and business growth .

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, build strong teams, improve operational efficiency and help take the hospital to its next stage of growth and profitability .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end day-to-day hospital operations
- Drive OPD, IPD, occupancy and overall revenue growth
- Improve OT, diagnostics and other service utilisation
- Develop and strengthen the doctor/consultant network
- Build referral, corporate, TPA and institutional business
- Improve patient experience and service quality
- Lead and coordinate hospital teams across functions
- Monitor costs, collections, productivity and operational efficiency
- Track MIS, revenue and key business performance indicators
- Work closely with the promoters on growth strategy and execution

Who We Are Looking For

✓ 10+ years of relevant Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred

✓ Experience in hospital operations and business growth





✓ Leadership experience in a multispecialty hospital preferred

✓ Strong understanding of OPD, IPD, doctor management and hospital revenue

✓ Commercial mindset with strong people-management skills

✓ Kolkata/West Bengal healthcare network will be an advantage

✓ Fluency in Bengali is mandatory
