- Business Development Leadership: Strong leadership and strategic business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, develop pipelines, and drive projects from opportunity identification through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Sound knowledge of industrial/municipal water treatment and wastewater treatment to identify business opportunities, develop leads, and convert them into projects.

- Experience in approaching municipal bodies, corporates, consultants, EPC companies, IDCs, SEZs, etc.

- Ability to create a good deal flow and identify/select suitable projects.

- Conduct extensive market research, tender tracking, and opportunity searches, with experience in securing EPC, DBFOT, and O&M; projects.

- Interface with Tendering, Proposals,



and Estimation teams for cost estimation and budgeting; take decisions on pricing/bid price and negotiate commercial documents.

- Develop strategic partnerships, including JVs and consortium agreements.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers and statutory organizations, including CPCB, State PCB, Nodal Energy Agencies, etc.

- Provide comprehensive technical and commercial leadership for water and wastewater project development, acquisitions, and investments.

- Develop deep understanding of the water market, regulatory and legislative workplace, project delivery alternatives, and private-sector participation in the water and wastewater segment.

- Translate market and regulatory understanding into a growth framework with clear direction and flexibility.

- Build a strong business development team by determining resource requirements, recruiting suitable talent, motivating employees, providing leadership, and managing the team.

Qualification &

- Experience

- Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA preferred.

- Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience.

- Preferred Industries: Chemical, Pesticides, Pharmaceuticals, Hazardous Waste, Textiles, Food &
- Beverage (F&B;), Dairy, and Fermentation.
