Department: Finance

Reports To: Managing Director / CEO

Salary: 50K - 60K

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Finance & Accounting operations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Ensure proper financial controls and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Lead and manage the Finance team.
- Identify financial risks and improve finance processes.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience , including senior-level finance management experience.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, budgeting, taxation, reporting, and financial controls.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
