Job Title: GenAI/Agentic AI

Job Location: Gurugram/ Bangalore/ Mumbai

Overall Experience: 8+ years

Relevant (Gen AI Experience): 2+ years

Required Skills:

- Hands-on GenAI/Agentic AI delivery experience (8+ yrs ):
- Must have shipped production-grade solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) and agentic frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI not just POCs.
- Robust Python + orchestration stack: Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, async patterns, vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, pgvector), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, evals, and HITL workflow design.
- Exposure to n8n or similar workflow tools is a plus. Cloud + enterprise deployment skills:
- Hands-on with Azure (Container Apps, Blob, Key Vault, Entra ID/RBAC, Azure OpenAI) or equivalent AWS/GCP.
- Should understand secure credential management, managed identity, and enterprise integration patterns (Graph API, Power Automate, Salesforce, etc.).
- Agentic architecture depth: Demonstrated ability to design multi-agent systems: tool use, memory, planning, guardrails, observability, and HITL gates.
- Should be able to articulate trade-offs between deterministic logic vs. LLM-based judgment in workflow design.
