About The Client

Essential Job Functions:

- Collaborate with product teams to provide technical direction and support for Gen AI solutions across cross-functional groups.

- Own the Gen AI product technical vision and ensure solutions align with strategic product goals.

- Document technical designs, maintain clear project documentation, refine user stories, and manage resources and delivery timelines.

- Identify and manage Gen AI–specific risks, including model bias, data privacy, and security concerns, and ensure visibility of mitigation strategies.

- Lead and mentor technical teams, foster collaboration, and encourage innovation in Gen AI development.

- Define governance frameworks for Gen AI product development, including ethical and responsible AI practices.

- Ensure Gen AI solutions meet Service Acceptance Criteria and are ready for deployment into production.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and industry standards throughout the solution lifecycle.

- Oversee DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps practices to ensure adherence to coding, security, performance, and operational standards.

- Promote and enforce FAIR data principles (Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, Reusability) across Gen AI data pipelines and solutions.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, and cloud engineering, with recent leadership in Gen AI and ML solution delivery.

- Deep technical mastery across data engineering, software engineering, and cloud platforms, with advanced knowledge of Generative AI systems and frameworks.

- Expertise in AI engineering, including MLOps, prompt engineering, model deployment, and operationalizing Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Strong practical experience with DevOps, MLOps,



and DataOps methodologies, processes, and tooling.

- Demonstrated experience in product development and product management, with a focus on Gen AI capabilities and features.

- Ability to provide technical thought leadership in Generative AI and Data & Analytics.

- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills in complex environments.

- Proven analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

- Hands-on experience delivering Gen AI solutions from ideation to productization, driving technical innovation and transformation.

- Familiarity with modern data architecture principles, including Data Mesh and Data Products.

- Proficient in Agile methodologies and iterative delivery within cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated capability in designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes using contemporary data tooling.

- Skilled in architecting and managing secure, scalable AWS environments with hands-on experience in services such as EC2, Lambda, Fargate, ECS, EKS, S3, Glue, RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora, SageMaker, and Client Bedrock.

- Expertise in workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.

- Practical experience implementing DataOps best practices and platforms including DataOps.Live.

- Advanced skills with enterprise data warehousing and analytics platforms such as Snowflake.

- Ability to deliver business insights through BI tools such as Power BI.

- Full-stack development experience including backend (Node.js, Python) and frontend (ReactJS).





- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, digital assistants, content generation workflows).

- Hands-on implementation and operation of AI/ML models using Client SageMaker.

- Advanced proficiency in Python and AI/ML-focused libraries.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
