Job Requirements

Job Purpose To manage resale, redistribution, and optimum utilization of gemstone inventory by coordinating with vendors, jewellery manufacturers, planning teams, and internal stakeholders to minimize inventory holding and maximize stock utilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage resale and redistribution of surplus gemstones across vendors and business units.

- Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete gemstone inventory.

- Identify opportunities for inventory optimization.

- Coordinate with jewellery vendors for resale requirements.

- Maintain accurate resale inventory records in ERP.

- Prepare ageing reports and inventory utilization dashboards.

- Support liquidation of non-moving gemstones through approved channels.

- Coordinate inter-vendor stock transfers.

- Validate resale quality before dispatch.

- Ensure traceability of gemstones during resale transactions.





- Coordinate financial reconciliation related to resale transactions.

- Generate MIS reports for management review.

- Participate in inventory audits.

- Ensure compliance with inventory control SOPs.
