As a Gen-AI Solution Architect at Tredence, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation in artificial intelligence and generative technologies.

Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross functional teams to understand business requirements, architect scalable AI solutions, and oversee their successful deployment. This position requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging generative technologies to address business challenges effectively.
- Architect scalable and effective AI systems that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and processes.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI models, algorithms, and applications.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and generative technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation and achieve project goals.
- Define technical requirements, architecture standards,



and best practices for AI development projects.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and client presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AI and generative technologies, providing thought leadership within the organization and to external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or masters degree or Ph.D. in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Science Solution Architect, technical lead or a similar role in the AI domain.
- Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading AI projects from conception to delivery.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) a plus.
