CONCEPTORZ is looking for experienced and passionate Physics educators to join our growing academic network. We are seeking Physics Teachers, Physics Tutors and Online Physics Instructors who can work with school students across international and Indian curricula.

The role involves delivering high-quality online Physics instruction through one-to-one and small-group classes for students studying under IB, A Levels, GCSE, IGCSE and other recognised academic programmes.

We are particularly interested in teachers who can combine strong subject knowledge with excellent explanation skills, structured exam preparation and a student-centred approach.

? Key Responsibilities

* Conduct live online Physics classes for individual students and small groups.

- Teach Physics according to the student's curriculum, academic level, learning objectives and examination requirements.
- Break down complex concepts and explain them using clear theory, examples, diagrams, equations and real-world applications.
- Cover core Physics topics such as mechanics, forces and motion, energy, electricity, waves, thermal physics, magnetism, radioactivity and up-to-date Physics, depending on the curriculum and level.
- Guide students through numerical problems, mathematical applications, derivations, practical concepts and data-based questions.
- Develop lesson plans, class notes, worksheets, assignments, revision materials, topic tests and mock examinations.
- Prepare students for school assessments and competitive academic examinations where relevant.
- Support preparation for IB Physics, A Level Physics, GCSE Physics, IGCSE Physics and other international examination systems.
- Review student work, identify misconceptions and provide specific feedback for improvement.
- Track academic progress and maintain accurate records of attendance, performance and learning goals.




- Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies based on student ability, pace and areas of difficulty.
- Strengthen students' problem-solving, analytical, mathematical and scientific reasoning skills.
- Encourage students to ask questions, think independently and develop a deeper understanding of Physics rather than relying solely on memorisation.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student progress, curriculum requirements and learning resources.
- Stay informed about syllabus updates, examination changes, assessment objectives and effective online Physics teaching practices.

? Essential Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience as a Physics Teacher, Physics Tutor, Online Physics Teacher or Physics Instructor.
- Strong conceptual and mathematical understanding of Physics at school and examination level.
- Experience teaching middle school, high school or senior secondary students.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following is highly desirable: IB Physics, A Level Physics, GCSE Physics, IGCSE Physics or Indian Physics curricula.
- Ability to solve and explain numerical problems step by step.
- Strong understanding of Physics examination techniques, question interpretation, mark schemes and structured answer writing.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Ability to teach students with different academic levels, learning styles and learning speeds.
- Comfortable using virtual classrooms, video-conferencing platforms, digital whiteboards and online teaching tools.
- Access to a pen tablet or stylus device such as Wacom, XP-Pen or an equivalent for writing equations, drawing diagrams and solving problems during live classes.
- Reliable internet connection,

- Strong organisational skills, punctuality and time-management.
- A genuine interest in teaching Physics and helping students achieve measurable academic improvement.

? Preferred Teaching Background

Experience with recognised examination boards such as Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, AQA or other international boards will be an advantage. Candidates with a degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Engineering, Education or a closely related discipline, along with relevant teaching qualifications or professional certifications, will be considered favourably.

Experience with personalised one-to-one tutoring, examination preparation and international students will be especially useful.

Freelance | Part-Time | Fully Online / Remote Teaching hours and class schedules will depend on student enrolment, subject demand and mutually agreed availability.
