Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled GCP Senior Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of cloud native and hybrid solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor teams while aligning cloud solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

GCP Engineering and DevSecOps :

- Infrastructure construction and operation on GCP
- Cloud-native / microservices-based architecture
- IaC mandatory; manual console changes not allowed
- and code quality automation
- GitHub-based code repository delivery into TCCC organization
- Alignment to TCCC architecture governance / ARB review process

Architecture & Solution Design

- Architecture & Design: Build consumer-centric, standardized, and well-normalized APIs.
- Security: Enforce solid authentication,



secrets management, and private networking controls.
- Traffic & Performance: Apply quotas, load protection, caching, and async patterns to handle scale.
- Runtime & Networking: Optimize regional placement, connectivity, and resilience mechanisms.
- Observability & Ops: Implement robust logging, analytics, and SLO-based alerting.
- Delivery, Governance & Cost: Automate CI/CD, manage versions, and monitor usage and cost efficiency.

GCP Platform & Services

- Lead architecture using core GCP services including:

o Compute : Cloud Run/GKE APIs o Storage & Databases: Cloud SQL/Spanner, Firestore , Memorystore, GCS+Vision OCR o Security: IAM, VPC SC o Messaging services : Pub/Sub , Dataflow

Technical Leadership

- Provide hands on technical leadership and architectural guidance
- Review solution designs, infrastructure code, and deployment strategies
- Mentor architects and engineering teams on GCP technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural issues

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

- Collaborate with business, product, and delivery teams
- Act as a trusted advisor for cloud strategy and modernization programs
- Present architecture solutions to senior leadership and customers

Required Skills & Expertise

Technical Skills





- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture
- Strong experience with cloud native and microservices architectures
- Proficiency in Kubernetes (GKE) and container platforms
- Hands on experience with Terraform / IaC
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, and identity
- Experience with data platforms, analytics, and integration patterns

Leadership & Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence architectural decisions across teams
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Comfortable working in fast paced, complex environments

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- GCP Professional certifications (preferred):

o Professional Cloud Architect o Professional Data Engineer / DevOps Engineer

Experience

- [10+] years of IT experience
- [5+] years designing and leading cloud architecture solutions
- Proven experience delivering large scale enterprise GCP programs
