Role & responsibilities In this role the GenAI Developer will build LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows (RAG, tool/function-calling, evaluation/guardrails) that integrate with enterprise systems and data securely and reliably.
- Build RAG pipelines: chunking, embeddings, retrieval, grounding, and citation-ready responses
- Integrate with APIs and data sources (REST/GraphQL, databases, files, SharePoint/ServiceNow, Databricks, etc.)
- Implement evaluation, safety and quality controls: tests, red-teaming, hallucination handling, and prompt/version management
- Collaborate with product/SMEs to convert use-cases to user stories; document design and support releases
