JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Gaming Shift Manager to oversee the smooth and productive operation of the Gaming Floor during the assigned shift. The candidate will be responsible for supervising gaming operations, managing gaming staff, maintaining game integrity, ensuring compliance with casino procedures, and delivering a professional experience to guests.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of casino table-game operations, excellent leadership and decision-making skills, and the ability to manage a busy gaming floor while maintaining the highest standards of security, integrity, and guest service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise the overall operations of the Gaming Floor during the assigned shift.
- Ensure all gaming tables and gaming activities operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise Dealers, Senior Dealers, Pit Staff, and other Gaming personnel during the shift.
- Allocate staff and gaming tables according to operational requirements.
- Conduct regular floor checks to ensure compliance with casino procedures and standards.
- Ensure all games are conducted accurately, fairly, and in accordance with established rules and procedures.
- Monitor dealers' performance, conduct, grooming, and adherence to gaming procedures.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of gaming tables.
- Monitor gaming transactions, chip handling, table limits, and other gaming-floor activities as per company procedures.
- Handle guest queries, disputes, and complaints professionally and escalate matters to senior management when required.
- Provide personalized service to VIP and premium casino guests while maintaining operational controls.




- Maintain strict vigilance over gaming activities and immediately report any suspicious or irregular activity through the appropriate channels.
- Work closely with the Surveillance and Security Departments to maintain the integrity and security of gaming operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable casino regulations, internal policies, SOPs, and responsible gaming requirements.
- Coordinate with Cage, Surveillance, Security, F&B;, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth casino operations.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate important operational information to the Gaming team.
- Prepare and verify shift reports, incident reports, and other required gaming documentation.
- Ensure proper recording and reporting of gaming irregularities, disputes, errors, and incidents.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and adherence to operational standards.
- Identify training requirements and assist in coaching and developing Gaming staff.
- Take immediate and appropriate action in case of operational irregularities or violations of casino procedures.
- Ensure the Gaming Floor is maintained in a professional, organized, and guest-friendly condition.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding casino operations, guests, transactions, and internal matters.
- Ensure proper handover of all operational matters to the incoming shift manager.
- Support management in implementing operational improvements and maintaining high gaming standards.




- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in casino gaming operations, with relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of casino table games and gaming-floor operations.
- Experience managing Dealers, Senior Dealers, Pit Staff, or other Gaming personnel.
- Previous experience in a casino is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong understanding of gaming procedures, table operations, chip handling, and gaming-floor controls.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to game integrity.
- Professional grooming, conduct, and communication.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
