Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate QA Tester / Game Test Engineer with 1 - 3 years of experience in Game QA or Mobile Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Manual Game Testing, Functional, Regression & Exploratory Testing, Android/iOS Testing, Test Case Execution, and Defect Reporting, along with a strong passion for gaming and knowledge of gameplay mechanics.

Experience with Jira/TestRail and working in an Agile environment will be preferred.

- Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing across mobile game features and releases.

- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test checklists, and test documentation based on project requirements.

- Identify, document, track, and verify defects with transparent reproduction steps and supporting evidence.

- Validate gameplay mechanics, UI/UX, game balance, performance, functionality, and overall player experience.

- Perform regression testing to verify fixes and support release readiness.

- Follow established QA processes, testing standards, and documentation guidelines.

- Support QA activities within the assigned team/pod and ensure alignment with project priorities.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Communicate testing progress, risks, blockers, and quality concerns to Senior QA Testers and QA Leads.

- Collaborate closely with Developers, Producers, and QA team members to deliver high-quality game experiences.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, workflows, and testing efficiency.

Skills &

Experience Required

- 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in Game Testing / Game QA / Mobile App Testing.





- Solid hands-on experience with Manual Game Testing, preferably mobile games.

- Passion for gaming with experience playing a variety of mobile games.

- Good understanding of Android and iOS platforms, devices, and operating systems.

- Solid understanding of Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Exploratory Testing, and Test Case Execution.

- Knowledge of test case design, test planning, defect management, and bug lifecycle.

- Experience with defect and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.

- Good understanding of gameplay mechanics, player behavior, UI/UX, and overall player experience.

- Exposure to AR games or AR-based features will be an added advantage.

- Good understanding of QA methodologies, testing principles, and game development lifecycles.

- Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Good time management, task ownership, and ability to work independently.

- Ability to learn quickly, accept feedback, and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.

- Comfortable working in an Agile development environment and managing multiple priorities.

- Willingness to work overtime on weekdays or weekends when required based on project needs.

- Willingness to work onsite at the client location in Hyderabad.

- Flexible to work in shift timings:10:00 PM 7:00 AM & 6:30 AM 3:30 PM.
