About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Game Development Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team at Zyoin Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, high-quality games that reach a broad player base. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in C# and Unity, along with a proven track record of developing and scaling complex gaming systems.

As a key contributor, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including game designers, artists, product managers, and fellow engineers to craft engaging, innovative gaming experiences from conception through launch and live operations.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in game development, with a deep understanding of game architecture, gameplay systems, and software engineering principles. Proficiency in C# and Unity is essential, along with experience building and shipping large-scale games. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Candidates should demonstrate strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of complex features and systems.





Experience working in cross-functional teams and optimizing games for performance and scalability is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain core gameplay systems and features using C# and Unity, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Build and optimize large-scale games, focusing on stability, responsiveness, and player experience.
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and product teams to translate creative concepts into functional game components.
- Implement gameplay mechanics, UI systems, tools, and platform integrations to enhance game functionality.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges related to game performance, stability, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering best practices, and ensure high-quality code standards.
- Support the entire game development lifecycle, from early prototyping to live operations and updates.
- Continuously identify opportunities for performance improvements and system enhancements.
