Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Head to oversee and manage the overall operations of our furniture business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between Sales, Purchase, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Installation, Customer Service, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and streamline day-to-day business operations across departments.
- Develop and implement SOPs, processes, and operational controls.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Design, and Installation teams.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, warehousing, and logistics operations.
- Track operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of procurement and material requirements.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Handle vendor, supplier, logistics, and service partner coordination.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.




- Ensure quality standards and timelines are maintained at every stage.
- Prepare and review MIS reports related to operations, inventory, deliveries, and pending orders.
- Lead, train, and develop the operations team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, systems, and processes.

Candidate Profile
- 10–15+ years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in Furniture, Interior, Home Décor, Retail, or related industries.
- Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and end-to-end operations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and order management.
- Should be highly process-oriented and capable of handling multiple functions.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, ERP, and operational reporting will be preferred.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Furniture / Interior / Luxury Retail will be given preference. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
