Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on strengthening Udaan’s fundraising and donor relations efforts. The role involves identifying and cultivating relationships with major donors, managing annual giving campaigns, and coordinating philanthropic partnerships with charities and other stakeholders.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing donor proposals and reports, maintaining donor databases, and supporting outreach initiatives to expand Udaan’s funding base.



The position also requires regular communication with internal teams to align fundraising goals with program needs and impact storytelling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess experience working with major donors and managing annual giving initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills to engage donors, partners, and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of philanthropy and the charitable sector.
- Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate with charities and partner organizations to support joint initiatives.
- Relevant experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or donor relations.
- Strong organizational, relationship-management, and documentation skills.
- Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools, and maintaining consistent availability in a full-time schedule.
- A passion for gender equity, education, and social impact; prior experience in the social sector in India is an advantage.
