Role Purpose:

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience in the retail industry to support the SAP S/4HANA store rollout for the MAF Retail operating company. Working offshore under the O2C Lead, the consultant will configure and test sales, pricing and billing processes for each store wave, support functional specification preparation, and resolve defects through testing, go-live and hypercare.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of SAP SD/O2C configuration experience, exposure to retail sales and omni-channel order flows and must have worked on at least one complete greenfield SAP S/4HANA retail implementation.

Experience:

- 5 to 8 years of experience as an SAP SD/O2C functional consultant, with hands-on configuration responsibility.
- Mandatory: at least one complete greenfield SAP S/4HANA retail implementation delivered end to end, from design through go-live, with exposure to retail sales processes such as POS sales flows, pricing and promotions, and returns.
- Working knowledge of O2C processes: order management, delivery and shipping, billing, credit management and accounts receivable integration.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT and hypercare on a multi-site rollout.

Role Details Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Configuration and Solution Support:

- Configure SAP SD settings for assigned O2C scenarios, following the approved design.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications for RICEFW objects, and support ABAP developers through build and unit testing.
- Support process design for order management, pricing and promotions, returns and refunds, billing, and customer settlement.

Testing and Defect Resolution:

- Prepare and execute unit, string and integration test scripts covering O2C flows and their touchpoints with CAR, IS-Retail and Finance.
- Support SIT and UAT cycles,



triage business-reported issues, and drive defects to closure within agreed service levels.
- Verify end-to-end data flow between sales orders, deliveries, billing documents and financial postings.

Master Data and Cutover Support:

- Support definition and validation of O2C master data, including customer master, pricing conditions, promotions and article sales views.
- Assist with mock load validation and reconciliation of sales and pricing data ahead of each store cutover.
- Support configuration checks for VAT determination, e-invoicing requirements and output determination across store locations.

Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:

- Maintain configuration documentation, test evidence and process documentation to project standards.
- Escalate risks and issues promptly to the O2C Lead, such as design gaps, open defects or delayed dependencies.
- Prepare training and support material for store and commercial users, and support hypercare after each go-live.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with the onsite O2C Lead, other functional streams, developers and testing teams across offshore and onshore locations.
- Participate in design and validation sessions with business users, ensuring availability during UAE business hours as required.

Technical Skills:

- Hands-on SAP SD configuration, including pricing and condition techniques, output determination, rebates and revenue account determination.
- Exposure to retail-specific SAP modules such as IS-Retail, SAP CAR and POS DM.
- Ability to write explicit functional specifications and test scripts.
- Familiarity with Fiori sales apps and S/4HANA retail innovations.

Soft Skills:

- Clear written and spoken English for working with onshore stakeholders remotely.
- Analytical mindset and structured approach to defect investigation.
