Role & responsibilities

- Own end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of new features.

- Develop production-ready backend services, frontend applications, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Design scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.

- Build rich user interfaces and high-performing APIs for enterprise applications.

- Investigate production issues, analyze failures, and drive operational excellence.

- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

- Apply Software Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles in daily development.

- Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.

- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.

- Participate in solution architecture, task estimation, prioritization, and risk management.

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and workflows to accelerate delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

- 7 to 9 years of experience in full-stack software development.

- Robust expertise in React/Next.js, Node.js,



TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.

- Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices and REST APIs.

- Proven experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.

- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.

- Experience building scalable, high-performance, and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

- Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and system design skills.

- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Apigee, Istio, Rancher, and related tools.

- Understanding of security best practices, application security, and compliance requirements.

- Ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively with global teams.

- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.
