About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Python, Express, and both NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) databases. Proficient in both frontend and backend development, API integrations, and cloud services. Known for writing clean, efficient code and communicating effectively in English within cross functional Agile teams. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js for the frontend and Node.js / Python for the backend.
- Create reusable components and optimize UI performance using React hooks and modern lifecycle patterns.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Build RESTful APIs, and handle user authentication and role-based access.
- Integrate third-party APIs and work with databases (SQL or NoSQL, as required by the project).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and QA engineers in an Agile environment.
- Participate in code reviews,



daily stand-ups, and sprint planning meetings.
- Document features and create user and technical documentation as needed.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, and apply them to enhance product quality.

Technical Skills: Front-end:
- React.js
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)

Back-end:
- Node.js and Python
- RESTful APIs and WebSockets
- Database experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

Cloud & Other:
- Cloud services AWS preferred; experience with any major cloud platform considered
- AI Tools: Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Co-Pilot, etc.
- Version control: Git, GitHub/GitLab
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- JWT authentication, API integration, JSON handling

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective English communication verbal and written.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and within a team.
