- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience, with an ideal range of 48 years.
- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Good frontend development experience using React, Angular, or a similar modern framework.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript or equivalent frontend technologies.
- Hands-on backend development experience using Python and/or Node.js.
- Experience developing REST APIs and/or microservices.
- Candidates should have meaningful experience across both frontend and backend development. A strict 50:50 split is not required.
- A candidate with a 60:40 strength split between frontend and backend, or vice versa, is acceptable, provided they are genuinely familiar with both areas.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform – AWS or Azure – is mandatory.
- Candidates with hands-on exposure to both AWS and Azure will be strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of cloud resources, usage,
accounts/subscriptions, tagging, and resource allocation.
- Experience working on at least one or two projects involving cloud technologies.
- Ability to understand and query data from different cloud platforms and translate it into application-level outputs.
- Positive understanding of Git/GitHub and modern software development practices.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and cloud-native application development.
- Practical familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools is expected.
- Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools to improve development productivity, understand AI-generated output, and work with AI-enabled cloud/development services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an already-running project with limited technical hand-holding.
