Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Full Stack Developer who can build, maintain, and scale web applications end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, cloud deployments, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring.

This role requires a solid builder mindset and ownership mentality, where you'll be responsible for taking features from concept to production, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.

Preferred candidate profile

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.
- Build responsive user interfaces using React, Next.js, or Angular with TypeScript.
- Develop backend APIs, services, and business logic using Node.js.
- Design and optimize database schemas in PostgreSQL (Neon) and MongoDB.




- Implement authentication and authorization using Clerk or similar identity providers.
- Deploy and manage applications using Vercel and Railway.
- Monitor production systems using Sentry and proactively troubleshoot issues.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Manage email delivery workflows through Zoho ZeptoMail or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams through code reviews, pull requests, and GitHub workflows.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc., to improve development productivity and code quality.
- Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and scalability.
