Full Stack with Python Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack with Python Trainer to join our Beetsl academy in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Python Full Stack Development and the ability to train students through both theoretical concepts and hands-on projects. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions, practical coding exercises, real-time projects, interview preparation, and helping students build job-ready development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging Python Full Stack Development training sessions for students.
- Explain programming concepts clearly to students from beginner to advanced levels.
- Provide hands-on training through coding exercises, assignments, and real-time projects.
- Develop and deliver training content, presentations, coding examples, and practical exercises.
- Teach frontend, backend, database, and API development concepts.
- Guide students in developing complete web applications from scratch.
- Conduct coding assessments, assignments, and project evaluations.
- Help students troubleshoot coding errors and understand debugging techniques.
- Provide project guidance and code reviews.
- Prepare students for technical interviews, coding rounds, and placement opportunities.
- Conduct mock interviews and technical discussions when required.
- Stay updated with current technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.

Development Tools

- Git & GitHub
- VS Code or similar IDE
- Postman
- Basic understanding of deployment is an advantage

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong teaching and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward and understandable way.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students build careers in IT.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Python Full Stack Development, software development, or technical training.
- Candidates with strong industry experience and good teaching skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience as a Python Full Stack Trainer / Technical Trainer / Faculty will be an advantage.
