Roles and Responsibilities A hands-on technical leader, not just a project coordinator. The candidate should be comfortable coding, designing architecture, reviewing code, solving technical problems, and guiding developers.

- 4-8 years of experience in Full-Stack/ software Development, with Tech Lead experience preferred.
- Robust hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js/Express.js; Python/FastAPI is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, System Architecture, HLD and LLD.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis, including database design and optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and basic Kubernetes.
- Experience in code reviews, technical decision-making, mentoring, and leading developers.
- Knowledge of AI/LLM integrations such as OpenAI/Gemini is an added advantage.
