Business Title: Full Stack Lead – Azure Cloud

Reporting To: Sr. Engineering Manager

Location: GEC, Noida

Position Overview The Full Stack is a senior hands-on technical role for candidates with 8–10 years of experience in enterprise application development, solution architecture and Azure cloud engineering. The role requires 60–70% involvement in coding activities, with strong ownership of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, React JS, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework, microservices and cloud-native application development on Microsoft Azure.

Experience Required

- 8–10 years of experience in software engineering with strong hands-on .NET development and Azure cloud application experience.
- 60–70% involvement in coding activity using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / modern .NET, REST APIs and related backend technologies.
- Hands-on experience with React JS, SQL Server, Entity Framework, microservices architecture, CI/CD and production-grade deployments.
- Deep knowledge of Azure Cloud is mandatory; exposure to AI code assistance tools such as GitHub Copilot is preferred.

Key Responsibilities Application Architecture & Azure Cloud

- Design and implement scalable, secure and cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Define high-level and low-level designs for .NET applications, APIs, microservices and integrations.
- Architect Azure-based solutions using services such as App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault, API Management and Service Bus.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, security, performance, observability and cost optimisation across application architecture.
- Have experience in web application development like React JS , Angular etc.

DevOps and Automation

- Build, review and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET and React JS applications.
- Support automated deployments, blue-green / canary release patterns and environment governance.
- Collaborate on infrastructure as code using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform.




- Use containerisation concepts such as Docker and Kubernetes where applicable for cloud-native workloads.
- Support automation using PowerShell, C#, Python or scripting tools as required.
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, logs, metrics and traces.

Security & Compliance
- Implement secure coding practices, authentication, authorisation, secrets management and data protection controls.
- Use Azure Key Vault, Managed Identity, Microsoft Entra ID and secure configuration practices where applicable.
- Align application design with security, compliance, reliability and cloud governance expectations.
- Support responsible use of AI-assisted development tools with quality checks, code reviews and secure engineering guardrails.

Agile & Collaboration

- Participate in sprint ceremonies, technical planning, estimation, and delivery of quality reporting.
- Support story grooming, solutioning, impact analysis and technical risk identification at sprint level.
- Provide progress updates, technical risks, dependency insights, and quality metrics to team stakeholders.

Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor developers on .NET, React JS, Azure, API design, microservices and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, DevOps, security and architecture stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership, code review guidance and architecture recommendations for scalable delivery.

Skills & Technical Competencies Must-Have Skills

- Strong fundamentals in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / contemporary .NET, OOP and software design principles.




- Strong hands-on experience with Azure services including App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault, API Management, Service Bus, Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
- Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core, database design, query optimisation and transactional systems.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs with clear contracts, versioning, security and documentation standards.
- Working knowledge of React JS for frontend application development and backend integration.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, distributed systems, design patterns and scalable application design.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with observability, secure coding, automated testing, static code analysis and production support practices.

Good-to-Have
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, event-driven architecture and message-based integrations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth / OpenID Connect, Azure API Management and enterprise identity patterns.
- Professional certifications such as Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert or DevOps Engineer Expert.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
