Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our startup team. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, hardworking, dedicated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn new technologies, adapt to changing requirements, and take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications.
- Work across the frontend and backend as required.
- Understand requirements and translate them into working solutions.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and tools based on project needs.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to a fast-paced startup workplace.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them on time.
- Adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Required Skills





- 2–3 years of experience in software development.
- Good programming and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Comfortable working in a startup setting.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.

Good to Have

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:
- React.js and/or Node.js
- Git
- AI tools for software development and productivity
- Any deployment environment/platform
