Full Stack Engineer (with Gen AI Tooling experience)

Mandatory Skills

- Proven leadership in designing and delivering scalable, cloud native solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern architectures
- Robust expertise in full stack engineering, driving delivery across UI, APIs, and data layers using Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, React/Next.js, ensuring clean integration and adherence to standards
- Strong expertise in API-driven development, CI/CD, and engineering governance using Git, SonarQube, and Wiz
- Strong experience with AI-assisted developer tools such as GitLab Duo, GitHub Copilot, and Claude to enhance productivity, code quality, and development workflows
- Deep experience in data management and system design across SQL/NoSQL platforms (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Good knowledge of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools (e.g., CloudWatch, CloudTrail).
- Ensure production readiness of releases, with strong focus on observability, resilience, and operational excellence using Kafka and API standards (OpenAPI/TypeSpec)
- Accountable for end to end delivery of solutions, ensuring quality, performance, maintainability, and alignment to enterprise standards
- Drive engineering excellence through best practices, code quality discipline, and continuous improvement culture
- Partner with Product Owners, Client, and engineering teams to shape requirements,



assess feasibility, and guide solution design
- Lead sprint planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring predictable and high quality delivery of commitments
- Champion definition of done, including robust test coverage (JUnit 5, Cucumber BDD), peer reviews, and non functional quality standards
- Enable effective collaboration across teams, ensuring consistent adoption of best practices and high delivery efficiency

Optional Skills

- Experience in financial services/technology

- Experience in spec driven development using AI Dev Agents
