Role Description We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Python Django and React.js to design and develop scalable, secure, and user-focused web applications. The role involves end-to-end ownership of backend services, frontend interfaces, and system-level performance optimization.

The candidate should be capable of building production-ready applications with a solid focus on scalability, security, robust validations, and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using Python Django (MVT architecture) and React.js.
- Implement backend business logic, APIs, and workflows using Django.
- Build responsive, user-focused, and reusable UI components ensuring consistent UX across devices.
- Work with modern UI libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and ShadCN UI.
- Implement real-time features using WebSockets for live updates and interactive systems.





• Design and manage background processing workflows using Celery, Redis, queues, schedulers, and worker-based architectures for asynchronous operations.

- Integrate third-party APIs, WhatsApp, messaging platforms, authentication providers, and enterprise services.
- Optimize application performance across frontend rendering, backend processing, and data access layers.
- Collaborate on system design, architecture decisions, and scalable data flow implementation.
- Maintain clean code practices, reusable components, and modular system structure.

• Handle large datasets and design solutions capable of supporting high-volume transactional and analytical workloads .

Required Skills & QualificationsBackend (Django)

- Strong experience in Python and Django framework (MVT architecture).
- Experience with Django Models, Views, Templates.
- Hands-on experience with FBV and CBV.
- Strong understanding of ORM-based backend development.
- Experience with relational modeling including Foreign Keys, joins, and constraints.
- Familiar with Celery for background task processing.

Frontend (React, Next.js)

• Strong experience in React.js , Next.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery .

- Component-based UI architecture with reusable design patterns.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and ShadCN UI.




- Understanding of frontend state management tools/libraries and optimization techniques.

• Optimize frontend performance including rendering, bundle size, caching, lazy loading, and unnecessary re-renders .

Databases

- Understanding of relational database design, views, stored procedures and schema modeling.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of joins, transactions, and query optimization techniques.
- Awareness of indexing and performance tuning concepts.

Additional Skills

- Basic understanding of Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services), Nginx.
- Familiar with Redis for caching and performance optimization.
- Exposure to Docker for containerized application deployment.
- Strong problem-solving ability with production system experience.
- Good communication skills and Agile development experience.
- Git branching and pull-request workflows.
- API testing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in SaaS, ERP, or enterprise-grade applications.

• Exposure to scalable system design and distributed architecture concepts.

• Understanding of production monitoring and debugging workflows.
