About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on end-to-end software development projects, utilizing modern technologies such as .NET and Angular. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in building robust web applications and APIs.

As a Full Stack Developer at Motto Systems, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet client requirements. The position is full-time, and we prefer candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period. This role provides an excellent platform for skilled growth and the chance to work on challenging projects in a fast-paced environment.





Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in software development. Proficiency in core technologies such as C# / .NET Core, Angular / TypeScript, and ASP.NET Web API is essential.

Experience working with SQL Server for database management and development is required. Knowledge of REST APIs and cloud platforms, particularly Azure, will be considered an advantage. Candidates should have a strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using .NET and Angular frameworks. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality. Optimize applications for maximum speed,



scalability, and security.

Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues promptly. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and tools.
