GCP Cloud experience (Mini 6 months to 1 year of Exp) { Cloud Runner/cloud build/ cloud sql/ Tekton pipeline/ Terraforms scripting }

Good to have Skillset

CI/CD Pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, Jenkins

Soft Skills

Strong all-round communication skills (written / presentation, one-to-one / group)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Notes o When hiring for a Java Full Stack Developer with Cloud experience, it is important to look for candidates with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development.



Candidates should have experience in GCP.

o In addition to the technical skills listed above, it is also important to look for candidates with strong soft skills. Full Stack Developers often need to communicate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, so it is important that they have excellent communication skills. They should also be able to think critically and solve problems independently.

Good to have:

o The exposure to translate business problems into data/ML solutions and advanced analytics o Positive Knowledge in Prompt Engineering, Gen AI, LLM, Agentic AI frameworks such as Langgraph, CrewAI or OpenAI SDK or Google ADK
