About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience building production-grade applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and Next.js. This is a hybrid role based out of our Gurgaon office — candidates must be located in or around Gurgaon (non-negotiable).
You are expected to handle clients' projects independently, without hand-holding — owning requirement understanding, execution, and delivery end-to-end.
Skills — Must Have
MongoDB RestAPIs Next.js TypeScript Git Node.js
- 3–4 years of professional full stack development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and MongoDB (must-have, non-negotiable)
- Working proficiency with Next.js for building frontend/full stack applications
- TypeScript as a default for writing code
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Experience implementing authentication/authorization (JWT or similar)
- Experience with database schema design, queries, and indexing
- Experience with Git and standard development tooling
Valuable to Have
- Familiarity with TSOA for API development
- Understanding of financial/business workflows — sales orders, invoicing, shipments, purchase orders
- Basic understanding of accounting entries (debit/credit, ledgers)
- Exposure to ERP, SaaS, or B2B product environments
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or similar)
- Knowledge of web performance optimisation
