About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who can independently build, deploy, and maintain complete web applications — from requirements through production. You'll own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Design and build responsive, accessible UIs using React.js and Next.js
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, middleware, and backend services with Node.js/Express.js
- Design and optimize databases (MongoDB and PostgreSQL) — schemas, indexing, migrations, transactions
- Implement authentication and security: JWT, OAuth, RBAC, session management, rate limiting
- Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, and email/SMS services
- Build background jobs, scheduled tasks, and caching using Redis and job queues
- Implement real-time features using WebSockets / Socket.IO
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS/VPS, Vercel, and Nginx with SSL/domain setup
- Write tests, monitor logs, debug issues, and manage backups/rollbacks
- Maintain clear technical documentation

Workflow: Git, Docker, CI/CD, environment configuration, documentation

Testing & Maintenance: Unit/integration testing, debugging, logging, monitoring, backups, rollback procedures

Also Expected

- Understanding of Next.js rendering strategies (SSR/SSG/ISR) and server/client components
- SEO and accessibility best practices
- Application performance optimization
