Our platform combines marketplace infrastructure, security scanning, licensing, payments, developer tools, AI-powered experiences, and a hiring ecosystem for custom AI development.
We are building a product where security, trust, developer experience, and real-world usability matter as much as the features themselves.
About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team on-site in Indore.
This is not a role limited to frontend UI or simple CRUD development. You will work across the stack and contribute to real product systems involving marketplace workflows, authentication and authorization, payments, APIs, database architecture, security tooling, developer tooling, AI-powered features, and third-party integrations.
You will work closely with the founder and the wider product, design, and security functions to build, improve, test, and maintain CoreDhristi as we move toward our public launch.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain responsive, production-quality interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend practices.
Develop and maintain backend services, API routes, business logic, integrations, and data flows using the TypeScript/Node.js ecosystem.
Work with PostgreSQL and Prisma to design data models, relationships, queries, indexes, and reliable database workflows.
Implement and improve authentication, authorization, RBAC, session management, and other security-sensitive application flows.
Work with payment and transactional systems involving services such as Razorpay and Stripe.
Contribute to CoreDhristi’s security and verification workflows, including Semgrep, Gitleaks/secrets scanning, npm audit, automated functionality checks, AI security testing, and questionnaire-based security assessment.
Work with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines to improve development,
testing, security checks, and deployment workflows.
Build integrations with GitHub and other external services used throughout the platform.
Improve performance, reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability across the application.
Write clean, modular, testable code and participate in code reviews, debugging, technical discussions, and documentation.
Help improve internal developer tooling and the overall engineering workflow.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
2+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on full-stack experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
Solid experience with Next.js and modern web application development.
Good understanding of backend development, API design, authentication, authorization, and server-side application logic.
Practical experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database and an ORM such as Prisma.
Good understanding of Git, GitHub, debugging, testing, and collaborative software development.
Comfortable working with third-party APIs and external services.
Strong understanding of web application security fundamentals.
Ability to read an existing codebase, understand unfamiliar systems quickly,
and make changes without unnecessarily breaking existing functionality.
Nice to Have
Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Docker, Vercel, Supabase, Redis, Stripe, Razorpay, or security tooling.
Experience building marketplaces, SaaS platforms, developer tools, AI products, fintech/payment systems, or security-focused products.
Experience working with AI agents, LLM-powered applications, automations, MCP, or developer infrastructure.
Experience with automated security testing, SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, or secure software development.
Experience working in an early-stage startup where you are expected to take ownership rather than wait for highly detailed instructions.
What Matters Most
We are not looking for someone who simply knows a long list of technologies.
We want someone who can think like an engineer, understand why a system works the way it does, identify problems, make sound technical decisions, and take ownership from implementation to verification.
You should be comfortable moving between frontend, backend, database, APIs, security, and infrastructure when the product requires it.
Most importantly, you should be genuinely curious about AI agents, developer tools, automation, and the future of AI-powered software.
