POSITION DETAILS

We have 2 openings available for the following roles:

• Frontend Developer – Suitable for candidates with strong frontend development experience and a minimum of 3+ years of qualified experience.

• Senior Frontend Developer – Suitable for candidates with stronger technical expertise, architecture experience, leadership capabilities, and advanced hands-on experience in React and Next.js.

Candidates with MERN Stack experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for skilled Frontend Developers and Senior Frontend Developers to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js. Candidates with MERN Stack experience are also encouraged to apply.

Depending on experience and technical expertise, you will contribute to or lead frontend architecture decisions, develop high-quality applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers where applicable, and drive best practices across the frontend codebase.

This role also requires comfort using AI-assisted development tools and evaluating AI-generated output for quality, security, and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Architect, build, and maintain scalable, production-grade applications using React and Next.js (App Router, SSR, SSG, ISR).
- Develop and maintain responsive, reusable, accessible, and high-performance frontend components and applications.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions for component structure, state management, and data flow.
- Take ownership of frontend performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals, bundle size, rendering strategy (CSR vs. SSR vs. SSG), and caching.
- Review pull requests with a focus on code quality, scalability, accessibility,



and maintainability — including code generated with AI tools.
- Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate development while critically reviewing generated code for correctness, security, and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to define and consume REST/GraphQL APIs, including error handling and loading states.
- Candidates with MERN Stack experience may also collaborate on backend development and API integration using Node.js and related technologies.
- Translate Figma/design system files into reusable, accessible, and well-tested components.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance, where applicable.
- Drive and contribute to testing strategies, including unit, integration, and E2E testing using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Partner with product managers and designers to scope features, estimate effort, and identify technical tradeoffs.
- Stay current with the React/Next.js ecosystem and evaluate new tools, libraries, and AI-assisted workflows for team adoption.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development or MERN Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Strong hands-on experience with React (Hooks, Context API, component design patterns) and Next.js (App Router/Pages Router, SSR, SSG, ISR, API routes).
- Strong understanding of state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query, or similar.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and CSS frameworks/tools such as Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules.
- Experience optimizing web performance and Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP).




- Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL, including authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.
- Practical hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools in a real development workflow, with the ability to review, correct, and validate AI-generated code.
- Strong understanding of testing concepts and experience with tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows, including GitHub/GitLab, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Experience with web accessibility standards, including WCAG and ARIA.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with MERN Stack technologies, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Exposure to backend or full-stack development using Node.js for closer collaboration on API design and development.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM features into frontend applications, such as chat interfaces, streaming responses, and prompt-driven UI.
- Experience with cloud and deployment platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or Azure.
- Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading a small team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

SOFT SKILLS

- Effective mentor and communicator, comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback.

Salary Range: ₹6 LPA – ₹12 LPA, depending on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
