About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating immersive, responsive web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. This role involves hands-on development, collaborating closely with design, product, and backend teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions.

You will be responsible for translating wireframes and design concepts into pixel-perfect interfaces, optimizing performance, ensuring accessibility, and maintaining clean, reusable code. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in building web applications using TypeScript, particularly with frameworks such as NextJS and React.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6, with a strong understanding of modern frontend development practices.
- Experience in developing reusable code and component libraries to enhance development efficiency.
- Proven ability to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs with a focus on scalability, performance, and accessibility (a11y).
- Expertise in Bootstrap, SCSS,



and Tailwind CSS for styling and layout.
- Experience working with component libraries like Radix UI and ShadCN.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, including REST and GraphQL.
- Ability to develop applications that are compatible across multiple browsers and devices.
- Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful or Sanity, including server-side rendering (SSR).
- Strong collaborative skills within agile development environments.
- Solid understanding of building scalable and high-performance systems.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Angular or Vue, data visualization frameworks like D3 or Highcharts, cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing user-focused, immersive, and responsive web applications by translating design wireframes into functional interfaces.
- Implementing animations, motion effects, and business logic to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborating with design and product teams to identify innovative technology solutions that improve customer experience and drive conversions.
- Ensuring the implementation of pixel-perfect UI/UX designs with high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Optimizing user interfaces for performance, scalability,



and accessibility across various devices and browsers.
- Defining, validating, and testing approaches to building scalable and performant software systems.
- Developing and maintaining reusable web components and libraries to streamline development processes.
- Actively participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring junior team members.
- Staying updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends, acting as a product evangelist within the organization.
- Completing assigned tasks within project timelines while adhering to best practices and standards.
- Fostering a collaborative environment and promoting a culture of technical ownership and continuous improvement.
