- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Maintain guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and ensuring personalized service.

- Manage reservations, room allocations, and billing processes accurately.

- Handle telephone calls, emails, and messages courteously and efficiently.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for guest requirements.

- Maintain up-to-date records of room availability, rates, and guest preferences.

- Handle payments, deposits, and refunds following hotel policies.





- Prepare daily front office reports and assist in night auditing if required.

- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and data entry for all guest-related activities.

- Maintain high grooming and appearance standards at all times.

- Adhere to the hotel’s brand service standards and operational procedures.

- Uphold confidentiality and security of guest information.

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork within the department.
