About the Role

- We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior / Lead Front-End Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications.

- The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in

React.js, Vue.js, Shadcn/UI, and Tailwind CSS

, along with a solid understanding of modern front-end architecture, performance optimization, responsive design, and software engineering best practices.

- As a Senior/Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex front-end applications, driving technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.

- Build modern, responsive, and reusable UI components using

React.js, Vue.js, Shadcn/UI, and Tailwind CSS

.

- Develop and maintain robust front-end architecture and coding standards.

- Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality, production-ready interfaces.

- Create reusable component libraries and establish front-end development best practices.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

.

- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services.

- Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.

- Identify and resolve complex technical and performance issues.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.

- Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, and other engineering teams.

- Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, sprint planning, and estimations.

- Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.

- Take ownership of front-end projects from development through deployment and maintenance.
