About The Role We are seeking a skilled Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team at Luxoft. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting high-quality front-end applications that facilitate client onboarding and streamline various banking and financial workflows.

You will play a critical part in creating modern, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency across our strategic platform. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and Architects, you will ensure the delivery of secure, accessible, and high-performance user experiences that meet rigorous industry standards.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in front-end or full-stack engineering with a strong emphasis on front-end development. Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript is essential. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of component-based architecture,



REST API integration, and modern web development workflows.

Experience working within complex technology environments, especially in banking or financial services sectors, is highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices is necessary. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also important.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end components and application screens that support error recovery, validation, and operational resilience.
- Build responsive, accessible, and reusable user interface components aligned with UX designs and engineering standards.
- Implement user-facing workflows, including product onboarding, lead capture, validation, confirmation, and operational processing.
- Ensure that all front-end implementations adhere to approved UX designs, design standards, and best practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions related to front-end component patterns, state management, and application structure.
- Maintain consistency, reliability, and maintainability of user interface behavior across the platform.
- Develop front-end patterns for application navigation, sidebar integration, and seamless switching between different applications or modules.




- Support integration of application screens with platform-level capabilities such as authentication, navigation, audit logging, and user context management.
- Work closely with platform teams to ensure adherence to mini-app standards and deployment practices.
- Collaborate with Solution Designers and Architects to align front-end development with overall solution architecture.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in workshops, screen flow reviews, and usability feedback sessions to continuously improve user experience.
