Job Overview

We are looking for a enthusiastic, multi-skilled Receptionist cum Digital Marketing Executive to manage our front-desk operations while actively handling our online brand presence. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who possess strong interpersonal communication skills alongside core hands-on experience in social media and digital promotions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Office Reception:

* Welcome walk-in visitors, clients, and guests with a skilled attitude.
- Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls, resolve queries, and transfer calls to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain the reception desk area organized and ensure a clean environment.
- Manage walk-in lead registers, client logs, and basic data entry in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

* Create and schedule engaging daily/weekly content (posts, reels, stories, graphics) for Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
- Respond to direct messages (DMs), comments,



and online queries across digital channels.
- Assist in setting up basic paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads) and track basic performance metrics.
- Manage Google Reviews by encouraging satisfied clients to post reviews and responding professionally online.
- Design basic visual graphics, promotional fliers, and banners using Canva.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate/Diploma in any field (Digital Marketing certification is a plus).
- Experience: 6+ months of practical experience handling front desk management, social media handles, or digital media tasks.
- Software Tools: Working knowledge of Canva, MS Office (Excel, Word), WhatsApp Business, and basicMeta Business Suite.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written skills in English and the local language.
- Personal Traits: Punctual, presentable appearance, customer-oriented mindset, and strong multitasking skills.
