Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors and prospective families.

Handle admission enquiries, follow-ups and coordination with prospective parents.

Respond to parent and student concerns, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.

Manage phone calls, emails, enquiries and appointments professionally and promptly.

Draft and respond to emails and routine correspondence.

Maintain accurate front-office records and documentation.

Coordinate with different departments for smooth and timely communication.

Support school events, meetings and other administrative requirements.

Create a warm, welcoming and professional experience for every visitor and parent.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





Strong spoken and written English, with good email drafting skills.

Warm, courteous, confident and presentable.

Well-organised, responsive and able to multitask effectively.

Comfortable interacting with parents, students and visitors.

Good computer skills, including MS Office, email and school management systems.

Prior experience in school front office, admissions or customer-facing roles preferred.

Proactive, empathetic and solution-oriented, with a solid sense of ownership.

Candidates should be comfortable working at the Derabassi location.
