Role Overview

Looking for Qualified Chartered Accountants (1st/2nd Attempt) to join the Internal Audit team of an NBFC. The role involves risk-based audits, internal controls, compliance, risk assessment, and process improvement.

Qualification

- Qualified CA (ICAI) 1st or 2nd Attempt

Experience & Skills

- 03 years post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, Risk, or Assurance.
- Experience in Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, or reputed audit firms preferred.
- Positive knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and BFSI regulations.
- Strong analytical, report-writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities





- Conduct risk-based internal audits across business and support functions.
- Evaluate internal controls, processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify control gaps and risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare audit working papers, observations, and reports.
- Review financial and operational information for accuracy and reliability.
- Support thematic reviews, special audits, investigations, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and track closure of audit findings.
- Stay updated on NBFC regulations and emerging risks.
