Role Description The Trainee Field Engineer – Electrical Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role involves assisting in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment at client locations, under the guidance of senior engineers. The trainee will support field service activities, including routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic repairs, while documenting work performed and maintaining service records.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include providing initial technical support to clients, coordinating with internal teams on project status, and following safety and quality standards during all field operations.



The role offers hands-on learning and development in electrical field engineering, with exposure to diverse client environments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues in the field.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and customer interaction skills to clearly explain technical information and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess Field Service capabilities, including willingness to travel locally, work on-site, and handle equipment safely.
- Candidates should possess basic Project Management skills to plan tasks, manage time, and coordinate with team members and clients.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Fundamental knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and use of test instruments.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow technical instructions, and work under supervision in dynamic field conditions.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting, documentation, and use of service-related software tools.

Salary

- 20,000/- fixed + incentives Benefits (During Training 9 months )
