Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Language Trainer to enhance the communication skills, spoken English/French , grammar, pronunciation, and overall language proficiency of students/employees. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions and assessing participants' progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct French language training sessions for students/employees.
- Improve participants' spoken and written French skills.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication techniques.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation practice sessions.
- Monitor attendance and maintain training records.




- Identify individual learning needs and customize training methods accordingly.
- Support participants in building confidence in professional communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in French , Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French .
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of English grammar, phonetics, and communication techniques.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, OET, or Spoken French training.
- Teaching or training certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
