Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Executive with 4–5 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills and good knowledge of end-to-end freight forwarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day freight forwarding operations for import/export shipments.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA, and other stakeholders.
- Handle shipment documentation and ensure timely processing.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Coordinate booking, cargo movement, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve operational issues and customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
- Follow up on shipment status, documentation, and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Operations.
- Good knowledge of Import & Export procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
- Candidates with experience in a freight forwarding company will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
