Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance SAP PLM Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver online training sessions on SAP PLM concepts, configuration, and best practices to learners at varying experience levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, live session content, case studies, and practical exercises aligned with industry requirements.

The role involves assessing learner performance, providing feedback, and supporting participants through Q&A;, doubt-clearing sessions, and mentoring. The trainer may also collaborate with the academic team to refine curriculum, update content based on SAP product changes,



and contribute to new learning modules.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in SAP-related domains such as SAP PLM and SAP FICO, with practical implementation or project experience.
- Candidates should possess training and facilitation skills, including curriculum design, classroom management in virtual environments, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of business process design and optimization, with the ability to relate SAP PLM functions to real-world business scenarios.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with materials management or related supply chain processes to contextualize PLM workflows.
- Candidates should possess consulting skills, including stakeholder communication, requirement analysis, and solution recommendation.
- Relevant experience as a SAP trainer, consultant, or functional specialist, preferably in PLM or adjacent modules.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learners.
- Comfort with remote work tools, learning management systems, and delivering live online sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field; SAP certifications are an advantage.
