- 10-15 years of experience in demand and supply planning overall, and specifically in demand planning – demand forecasting, demand management, commodity planning, demand analytics (accuracy, bias, etc.)

- Prior consulting experience – strategy (preferred), process improvement (must), process harmonization, and technology enablement is required

- Need to be hands-on and an individual contributor (i.e., able to get hands dirty)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to quickly identify pain point root causes, develop and validate hypotheses

- Experienced in developing high-quality client deliverables – process documents (as-is, to-be, flows), power point presentations,



analysis (cost/perks, ROI, etc.)

- Prior experience in a demand planner role (any industry) would be highly desirable

- Experienced in advanced forecasting tools (Oracle, SAP, Kinaxis, etc.)

- Knowledge of hand-off’s between demand planning and supply planning / manufacturing

- Knowledge of S&OP; / IBP process, specifically “Demand Review” cycle within S&OP;

- Process industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory

- Experience with AI solutions in demand planning is preferred, but not mandatory
