Franchise Operations Manager – Roms N Raks

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support all Roms N Raks franchise outlets.

- Coordinate with franchise partners on daily operational matters.

- Support new franchisees from onboarding to store opening.

- Coordinate store setup, branding, equipment, and other requirements.

- Ensure all franchise outlets follow Roms N Raks SOPs and standards.

- Monitor sales and outlet performance.

- Identify operational and sales issues and provide solutions.

- Support franchisees in improving sales and profitability.

- Coordinate with the purchase and supply teams for stock requirements.

- Coordinate store maintenance and repair requirements.

- Maintain regular communication and good relationships with franchise partners.

- Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, stock, staff, and store performance.

- Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure.





- Identify opportunities to improve franchise operations and business performance.

- Travel to franchise locations as required.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Ability to manage multiple outlets.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in retail, franchise, sales, or operations.

- Experience managing multiple stores/outlets is an advantage.

- Experience in pet retail, FMCG, hospitality, or service businesses is preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
